Delete Your Account

1. How to request deletion

To delete your account:

• Email privacy@hinode.run from the email address on your account.
• Use the subject line "Delete my account."
• We verify your identity, delete your account within 30 days, and email you to confirm.

2. Before you delete

You can remove individual workstations anytime from the dashboard at hinode.run. Deleting your account removes everything listed below.

3. What we delete

When we delete your account, we remove:

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your workstations and their storage — files and snapshots.
• Usage records: session times, GPU hours, storage.
• Your profile and support history.

4. What we keep

We keep billing and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Stripe, our payment processor, holds them — your plan and payment history, not your full card number.

5. Timeline

Deletion completes within 30 days of verifying your request. Records the law requires us to keep stay until their retention period ends, then we remove them.
